Karen worked as a Registered Nurse and then Mental Health Nurse before moving into HR and organisational development within a number of charities and the public sector.
In the role Karen works with adult social care employers as well as a range of strategic partners including Integrated Care Boards and Partnerships, commissioners and quality assurance leads to help create a well-led, skilled and valued adult social care workforce across Surrey & Sussex.
