Mike has been working for Skills for Care for 2 years, Mike has over 19 years public sector experience working both strategically and operationally across the health and social care sector. He has run individual projects and large-scale programmes at local, regional and national level. He has also designed and delivered training for a wide range of organisations, including NHS trusts and local authorities, on topics ranging from communication, change to leadership.
