Michelle is a nationally recognised leader in digital transformation for adult social care. At Digital Care Hub, she leads work supporting over 20,000 care providers to improve digital maturity, cybersecurity, and data use. Michelle has shaped national programmes such as Better Security, Better Care and advises on policy, strategy, and implementation at both sector and system levels. She brings a strong focus on ethical, people-centred digital change, ensuring technology supports care, not the other way around. Currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration at UCL’s Global Business School for Health, her research explores how transparency and trust influence engagement with telehealth and virtual wards, particularly for older people. She also chairs and is trustee on a number of charities across the UK. Michelle was named one of the Most Inspiring Women in Cyber and NHS Cyber Leader of the Year. She is a passionate advocate for practical, inclusive digital leadership in care.
