Isabel De La Haye is a Solicitor in Lester Aldridge's Health & Social Care team, advising care providers across England and Wales on regulatory compliance, governance and operational matters. She supports organisations with CQC and Ofsted issues, registration applications, inquests, regulatory due diligence for acquisitions and governance reviews that help providers manage risk and embrace innovation. Drawing on her previous experience as Managing Director of a regulated care company, Isabel brings a practical perspective on the opportunities and challenges associated with digital care records, technology-enabled care and the use of AI in the sector. She works with various local, regional and national sector organisations, maintaining close links with the sector and its evolving priorities.
