Marianne started her working career as a Teacher and taught for a number of years. She came into social care in 1989 as a care worker and progressed into learning & development roles and management roles including managing a large domiciliary care service.

In Marianne's current role she works with adult social care employers as well as a range of strategic partners including Integrated Care Boards and Partnerships, commissioners and quality assurance leads to help create a well-led, skilled and valued adult social care workforce across Surrey & Sussex.
