David is the proprietor and Chairman of Peak 15, providers of specialist support services to people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.  Peak 15 deliver services in Surrey and West Sussex, serving people who live in their own homes on a supported living basis and operating a number of small, highly personalised residential care homes.

David is a Chartered Accountant, formerly working as a Management Consultant overseeing change programmes for large organisations.
